How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5–12 business days to arrive.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7–16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I cancel or edit my order once it’s been placed?

You have up to 6 hours after placing your order to make changes or cancel it.
After that window, your order may already be in production and we won’t be able to make any modifications.

If your package is lost in transit or hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us immediately.
Once we verify the issue, we’ll offer you two options: a full refund or a free replacement shipped via express delivery — whichever works best for you.
